I'm Henry O'Dell, a GIS professional with a background in history and geography.

With my current role as GIS Intern with the City of Lake Oswego, I have been diligently adding over 3,200 wastewater pipes into the system. In this mapping process, I've increased efficiency by introducing templates, attribute rules and scripting.
In my prior GIS internship with the Oswego Lake Watershed Council, I’ve had the opportunity to create maps for public outreach, perform watershed and spatial analysis, and create web maps to support our community mapping efforts.

My passion for geography guided my journey around the world - teaching in Mexico, China, and Colombia. I love being able to apply a global perspective to the work that I create.

I'm based in Portland, Oregon where you can find me hiking, flying my drone, playing basketball, and practicing photography.
